This is Niko, our beloved boy, in one of his favorite spots on our property to explore. Niko was four years old when he was diagnosed with lymphoma, and though his time was cut far too short, he lived with the spirit of a dog who truly loved life. He passed away on March 3, 2025, but this photo captures him in his element – surrounded by the quiet beauty of the trees, the rustling leaves, and the soft ripples of the water beneath his paws. It’s a priceless memory of Niko as he really was: curious, strong, and full of life. It’s a piece of his story, frozen in time, reminding us of the joy he brought and one of the many adventures we shared.
