This was Kelsey’s favorite life activity, river time! She was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma at 10 years old when her spleen ruptured. She was given 6 months to live. She incredibly survived 52 months post diagnosis, and she lived a full happy life to the age of fourteen and a half. Every time we would go to the river, it would rejuvenate her soul. She was an inspiration to many. She never gave up and loved the water until the end. We helped many people navigate hemangiosarcoma diagnosis in a canine cancer Facebook group through offering her treatment regime and her results. We tried to give people hope!
