Lucy was just shy of her 12th birthday when her little body just couldn’t fight the bladder cancer any longer. This photo was taken on our farm in South Carolina and captures her passion for hunting quail. She was just as happy running the fields in search of a bird as she was snuggled up on the couch next to us.
