Gary D. Nice

Gary Nice has an extensive entrepreneurial business background. He started in television and radio production, producing commercials, corporate videos and then moving into talk radio. During his years in talk radio he ran multiple companies with programming provided for thousands of radio stations and the companies revenue reached over 10 million. He has spent a lot of time consulting and advising young entrepreneurs on ways to grow their business.

Sara Nice

Sara Nice is a member of the board of directors and one of the founders of the National Canine Cancer Foundation. Her qualifications include graduating with a BS degree in Radio/TV/Film from Texas Christian University. She spent her early career in talk radio as the Director of Operations. Following her radio career she found dog showing and enjoyed that as a hobby, but worked as a dog photographer for a few years while still consulting on radio projects.

Bruce Schultz

Bruce has been showing dogs since 1971 and has been a professional dog handler since 1975. He is a member of the Professional Handlers Association since 1985, and a Board member since 1996. He is also a member and registered handler of the American Kennel Club, Handlers Association since 2002. He was awarded Top Male Dog Handler in 1990 and was nominated in 1987,1988,1989,1990. He has been featured on television on both ESPN and 60 Minutes.

Bruce has developed a renowned reputation as a Professional Handler, showing literally hundreds of dogs over a career spanning for more than 35 years, including 200 + Best In Show awards and a number of Group 1’s and group placements in the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, televised each year.

Elicia Calhoun

Elicia is a world renowned competitor and agility dog training who travels throughout the US, Japan, Europe and Australia hold seminars. Elicia personally started and funded the National Canine Cancer Foundations’ Suni Fund. The Fund is named after her dog Suni, who was the reigning 2006 AKC 16″ National Champion who died of Hermangiosarcoma.

Elicia has also started and has maintained a chapter of the NCCF’s Suni Fund in Japan, Australia and Germany.

Keith Cameron

Keith has more than 18 years of business and marketing experience. He has owned his own marketing and promotions business for the last 15 years, specializing in marketing, advertising, personal business consulting, and public relations. He has developed marketing and advertising campaigns in numerous fields, ranging from the restaurant business to political campaigns to joint ventures with a wide variety of businesses. In addition, he has also created and run various sports promotions and charity events.

Keith teaches individual businesses how to generate additional income for their business by forming strategic alliances with other businesses in or out of their field. He has also been a speaker at marketing seminars teaching business owners and individuals the art of joint venturing.

Mr. Cameron has also been an active board member of The South Bay Sensation, a Non- Profit organization, for over 10 years. The South Bay Sensation allows for young athletes to compete in sports and helps them in their quest to receive collegiate scholarships. Over 35 athletes have gone on to play collegiate ball on scholarship after participating in the The South Bay Sensation sports program. He has also coached high school sports for over 16 years.

Dottie Simmons Parham

Dottie has almost 35 years of direct marketing fundraising experience. After seven years at Craver, Mathews, Smith and Company, where she spent the early years of her career learning and honing her fundraising and analytical skills, she moved to Arizona where she founded WFC Direct, the direct marketing arm of one of the Southwest’s leading advertising agencies. She continued to raise money for local and national political and non-profit clients including Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Morris K. Udall and Scottsdale Center for the Arts. She also expanded her resume to include commercial accounts such as Southwest Savings, Baker University, Blue Chip Computers and Trillium Telephone Systems.

Moving back to the East Coast in 1988, she worked as an independent consultant and also for several large fundraising agencies including OMP, where she progressed from Senior Analyst to Director of Integrated Marketing to Vice President. She joined CELCO in 2001 as Vice President and is co-owner with Barbara Sims, President.

Given a background that includes both the “science” and the “creative” of non-profit fundraising, public relations and advertising, Dottie offers a mature numbers and marketing approach to meeting and exceeding our clients’ goals and challenges. In recent and previous years, her disciplined and aggressive approach to new member acquisition helped her clients such as the American Civil Liberties Union, Oxfam America , Natural Resources Defense Council, Greenpeace USA and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF significantly grow their membership, while improving their net income and strengthening their long-term fundraising and communications strategies.

Dottie attended Elon University 1972-1974, located in Elon, North Carolina. She lives with her husband, Alan, and Gracie and Lucy, the Labrador Retrievers. Dottie works full time for CELCO from her future “mountain/retirement” home in Asheville, NC or her current home in Homewood, Alabama. In her spare time, she is happiest just about any place outdoors with her two beloved pups or cheering on the Redskins from Fed Exp field.
