Here are the stories that will make you laugh, make you cry and hopefully make you want to give and be a part of the National Canine Cancer Foundation’s We Are the Cure” project.

We do not put these stories here lightly or as an emotion tug to give you to donate to our Foundation. We put them here to let you know how much cancer in dogs has broken the hearts of many a dog lover.

We put them here because the story about every dog that has died of cancer deserves to be written. It is for them that we are here.

If you would like
to make a donation
in memory of
or
on behalf of

Past Inspirational Pictures of the Week

Left to right are 3 of my labbies - Roxy (choc) who is 7 years, her puppy Barkley (middle) now 3 years, and my prize girl Haley Bopps Comet who is 81/2 years old and was diagnosed with lymphoma last May 9th.

She is still going strong as I compose this email (the pic was taken in August).

Due to wonderful research regarding canine cancer and the right protocol of chemotherapy, my Haley girl is still going strong (and by the way is the A-ALPHA dog of the house).

Additionally, my oncologists at Angel Care in San Marcos, California are absolutely the best doctors one could have for this kind of emotional roller coaster that we have endured.

This is our girl "Baby" who three years ago

August 5 was diagnosed with abdominal

Lymphoma. We are blessed to have just had

Baby's seventh birthday in June.

She is healthy and vibrant, and a beautiful

example of life after Cancer!

The photo was taken just one month after her

surgery to remove the four pound tumor.

Daisy

Daisy had to have her leg amputated due to Cancer.

As you can see, it certainly has not slowed her down.

If you have a dog who you feel is a inspiation to owners who are dealing with their beloved dogs who have Cancer, you can submit the picture by email it to
